The tap water is so called “structured” which is even healthier than filtered Guest access The condo, 11-A-1 is located in the second duplex of the Lakeview Villas complex, all the way down 4 flights of stairs in the BACK of the house. There is a stair free access available parking before the first duplex in the complex and walking behind it Other things to note The resort is much less commercial and more family oriented than other ski resorts in the DC area. There is a paid grassy beach and a boat rental at the Lake Laura open between the Memorial Day and the Labor Day. There is an easy scenic 2.5 mile trail around the lake
