And with our recent decor and furnishings update at the end of 2023, the house is primed and ready for you. **NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON** The space Located in the gated community of Seadrift, this beautiful home has the Seadrift Lagoon on one side and the spectacular Bolinas Lagoon on the other. Relax in the quiet of the lagoon, walk the nearby beach, play pickleball or just read a book. Looking to work remotely? High-speed wifi awaits, and this is the perfect way to change things up. The house is split up nicely, with three bedrooms on one side, and the kitchen, dining, living and family room on the other. The three bedrooms are set up as follows: -Bedroom #1: King bed with views of the Stinson Lagoon, and private bathroom. Mr. Steam in the shower is also ready to offer you a spa-like experience. -Bedroom #2: Queen bed. -Bedroom #3: It's all about the bunk room, with it's 3 twin beds and 1 full. And a view of the Bolinas Lagoon to boot! Bedroom #1 has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom just outside the rooms. Some highlights: - New hot tub (2024) overlooking the Stinson Lagoon. - New indoor gas fireplace (2023). - Fire pit with seating surrounding it, overlooking the Stinson Lagoon. - Sonos sound system throughout. - All new appliances. - 3 paddleboards (1 large, 2 medium), 1 kayak (new in 2023!) and 4 boogie boards are all included. - One large and one medium TV, both smart, with DIRECTV and all the streaming channels. - High-speed wifi throughout the entire house as well as the back deck on the Stinson Lagoon. - Level 2 EV charger. Well-behaved, accident-free adult dogs are allowed by approval only, for a $250 fee. Please confirm this and select pet with guest count when sending in a booking inquiry. Guest access Outside of the house you will have access to the private Seadrift tennis/pickleball courts and beach access, perfect for surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing on the beach. This is also the perfect place for an easy and safe bike ride around the lagoon or to the beach. Across the street (and viewable from inside!) is the Bolinas Lagoon, home to over 200 species of birds. Other things to note -Reservations must be made by people staying at the house.
