The “Marsh House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with jetted tub, covered patio and carport. The 2nd floor features a large bedroom, king bed and attached 1/2 bath. The space Come relax and enjoy the views of the Rappahannock River and the Chesapeake bay. Swim, fish, crab or paddle from our private beach and dock. Nature abounds around our little point with Otters, deer, dolphins, eagles, herons, ospreys and swans. Guest access Snug Harbor guests have access to the private yard, beach and dock. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to accept reservations with children under the age of 12 because of an unfenced pool on the property.
