IMPORTANT- READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING The space Apartment with 2 rooms, with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. It has a large balcony with grill, to enjoy rich roasts and imposing sunsets. Living Kitchen Dining room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Master bedroom with dressing room, TV, mosquito net and ceiling fan. Full bathroom with bidet and bathtub. It is located within a closed neighborhood, with security 24 hours and its access is all paved and by main arteries. It should be noted that the balcony does not have a protective net, so young children need permanent supervision from their parents in that space. Guest access You can enjoy the beach all year round and in season bathe in the lagoon (on Tuesdays it is closed for cleaning and maintenance). There is a special area for young children, which is fenced in. Despite this, minors must be supervised by a responsible adult. The boats offered on the dock can be used free of charge ( kayak, paddle board, windsurfing). The restaurant/bar is open from 10am to 8pm , has delivery service and a warehouse with basic consumer items and more. Other things to note Only reservations of 3 to 7 days include sheets and towels, for longer rentals you must bring your own. If you want us to provide them, check for the additional cost. The cleaning fee refers to leaving the apartment in optimal condition for entry. Daily or other cleaning is not included daily or otherwise. You can not use the lagoon and amenities once you check out , since the authorization to be inside the complex expires Late check out can be done if there are no reservations and the rate until 17hs will be 50% of the night value, after that time it will be 100%.
