I hope I can welcome you to my 16 acre paradise right on the Skokomish Estuary (across the street), you have your own little patio with charcoal grill outside the cute/cozy 5th Wheel to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the South Olympic mountain range, also there is awesome hiking/restaurants by the water and other activities right around the corner. Hunters Farm with local produce and ice cream/beer is only about 1 mile south. A recent guest broke the RV toilet but clean porta potty is 20ft. The space Amazing views of the Skokomish Delta and Olympics. Close to restaurants, hiking, fishing, family activities etc. Supermarkets are 15 mins away in Shelton. Hot water tank in RV is broken, so only cold showers or (if I am around) in my house Guest access 16ac of woods with a creek and a little pond, lots of parking by unit Other things to note All basics are provided for, no smoking inside. Currently the hot water heater is out of service, trying to get it fixed, so NO hot showers. Cold water and kettle for tea, coffee working
