This is a Private lower level of a ranch home. Large 1700 sq. ft on SML Main channel. Great Couple getaway or up to 3 persons on an additional full inflatable air bed in the Game Room. A boat slip is available. Great sunset views between huge old Oak Trees. This home is NOT toddler safe. A large covered outside patio/ bar area with two grills. Huge deck over the water on the lake. Steep steps getting to the dock, but you can walk down the driveway halfway if you're physically challenged. The space Nice place with a convenient location not far from shopping and restaurants. Has about 50 steps to the dock when you take the asphalt walkway. We take our time walking back up and think of it also as a health resort... it keeps you in shape. There is a small refrigerator on the dock so you don't need to bring a separate cooler unless your boating. A canoe is available. In addition to a 21 ft boat slip I have 2 jet ski lifts also if required, I just need advance notice to remove my skis. I have another "unfinished" building closer to the lake which is for Owner/Guests use...aka: "The Love Shack". This building can be used for a barbecue or party entertainment. The down stair game room (2 pinball machines, 2 slot machines and a classic rock Juke box) is for Adults/teenagers only...no young children. I have a separate lot nearby for any boat trailer parking. Nearest Airport is Roanoke approx 50 minute drive to the residence. Rental cars available. Two Winery's are located within 1 mile of the property. Food Lion grocery approx 5 miles. Walmart is 18 miles away. No Uber available. The reviews speak for themselves. No Pets-No Exceptions except a registered Service Dog. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire lower level of the residence including the Laundry room/game room. They also can access the Love Shack, the dock and deck, although these spaces are shared with the owner on the premises. Guests have a private parking area and entrance. Other things to note Free 3 person canoe. Just leave it the way you found it. That means take it out of the water immediately after use....it's sometimes rough water here on the main channel due to boating, especially on weekends.
