Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is so much to do! Two wineries, the Silver Comet Trail, High Shoals Falls, great restaurants, downtown Dallas charm, more! We include a pack of crackers, one bottled water per guest, and a few coffee filters. There's a stack of firewood for use in the fire pit. There is a Bible and some games inside and under the coffee table. Nightlight in restroom. The space The entrance brings you immediately into the living area. There will be a light left on for your arrival, because the overhead light switch is to the right just before you pass the basement stairs (otw to the restroom). The kitchen is to your right after you enter the living room. To find the restroom right away, go toward the bed, turn right, pass the stairs and you'll see it. A desk and chair are on the right in the bedroom area. Guest access You have a living area with a futon, recliner, coffee table, tv and dvd player; then kitchen to the right of that. Bed, chest of drawers with mirror, and desk area next (as you walk in), then full bath off to the right. The closet for your clothes and such is in the kitchen. There are hangers, an iron and ironing board there for your use. The futon opens flat for sleeping if your guest needs it. Simply ask for extra bed linens. Other things to note There is literature on and under the coffee table to help you find what you need in the area. We are very close to downtown, so police, fire, laundromat, restaurants, a hospital and more are very convenient. If you need further help finding anything, please contact us!
