Come and stay in your own private room with en-suite bathroom, desk workspace, and closet. You will have your own space connected to our home with separate entrance. The neighborhood is great for walking, quiet, and just outside of all the major functions of Ephrata with less than a half hours drive from Lancaster and Reading! We are a young, active family of five connected to this space, so please consider this while booking :). Enjoy a patio, and a peaceful and quiet back yard! The space You will have your own private room complete with En-Suite bathroom, and kitchenette/sitting area. This space is connected to a shared patio space for you to enjoy as well. Other things to note We have young kids, and they play a lot together, so you may hear them in the morning starting as early as 7am. We can almost guarantee that our house is quiet from 9pm-7am with some exceptions.
