Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Near Windham and Portland. 30 minutes from Lost Valley Ski, 45 minutes to Shawnee Peak, and a little over an hour to Sunday River Resort. During the winter 4WD is best but not required, can park at top of driveway if necessary. The space Cabin with open feel, beds are all in a loft area. There is a separate master area downstairs with bathroom and queen bed but it is still "open" with no door.
