The space The private detached studio building resides away from the main house on this spacious property. Inside, you'll enjoy amenities and the mix of coastal living meets contemporary flair. Outside, the studio includes its own private furnished patio space where you can relax or work while enjoying the coastal air. And, since every getaway calls for something unique, the studio also features a spa like private outdoor shower to enjoy under the trees or evening stars. Cozy towels included! Finally, you are welcome to enjoy our common area gas fire pit. It's a great place to enjoy on your own or perhaps make a few new acquaintances. Guest access From the front of the main house, drive to the stop sign and turn right on Ave Cabrillo. We are the second driveway on the right. Feel free to use the driveway to unload or load belongings, however, please park on the street. Look for the small "Reserved" sign and feel free to park there or anywhere forward of the sign. Walk up the driveway towards the garage and enter the gate which opens up to the back yard. Walk up a few steps and your studio will be to the left. There is a chance that you may be greeted by a welcome bark from our sweet 13 year old dog, Misha.
