Welcome to our Quechee Condo. We are a Colorado family with roots in New England and wanted our kids to grow up and experience the best of what New England has to offer. Quechee! This well cared for 3 bedroom unit is located near Lake Pinneo, the Quechee Clubhouse, Tennis courts, Ski hill and Golf Courses. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Great for families and plenty of room for friends. located 15 minutes from Woodstock, Quechee is full of activities year round. In the winter there is ice skating, the Quechee ski hill, horse drawn carriages that go through the town. In the fall the foliage and leaf peeping is as good as it gets. Spring and summer brings golf, tennis, pickleball, hiking, biking, and lots of swimming in the pools and lakes. There are even rope swings for your adventurous ones. Our condo is 20 minutes from Dartmouth campus where you can enjoy all sorts of activities, shopping and concerts. We are also 15 minutes from the lovely town of Woodstock where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping and lots to do with kiddos. And for those Epic Pass holders - the unit is only a 30 minute drive to Okemo and 40 from Killington. About the unit... This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Newton Village is meticulous and offers a great layout. Upon entering, you have a generous mudroom/foyer that affords you plenty of room to take off your shoes, there is also a powder room located near the entry. The entire main floor offers a spacious open concept layout complete with a very efficient gas burning fireplace and direct access to a private outside deck. This unit also has central AC throughout. The second level has a master suite with private bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds and an additional full bathroom located off the hallway. The lower level is completely finished and is currently set up as a third guest suite complete with sitting area and another full bathroom. The basement suite has a queen bed and a full sized pull out sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer on this level and plenty of extra storage. There are 3 Smart TV's located throughout the condo. This condo is within walking, biking or golf cart distance to Lake Pinneo, the Quechee Clubhouse and the Golf Courses. And, this condo association also has its own pool and tennis courts on site. Guest access Newton Village is a community within Quechee Lakes that has its own tennis court and pool. In addition to the community pool and court, you'll have access to all of the Quechee Lakes facilities. Renter Amenity Package (for one month or more)- Renter Amenity folks will be entered into the Quechee system, be issued cards, be allowed to house charge and have the ability to make reservations at the pools and fitness center 3 days in advance. If you decide not to purchase the package, you can simply pay as you go, rates can be viewed on the attached “2022-23 Short Term Renter Rates”. One difference in the two that is worth noting is that our pools are by reservation only, pay as you go Renters need to call the morning that they want to use the pool to see if there are any time slots open on that particular day; no advance reservations. Our Restaurants and Ski Hill are open to the Public. Other things to note Quechee’s facilities are impressive and include two championship golf courses, a health club, indoor pool, squash, racquetball, basketball, and volleyball courts, there is a modern tennis center featuring eleven tennis (8 Har Tru) courts, professional staff offering an outstanding program of lessons and clinics, miles of cross-country ski trails, and a downhill ski hill that has a double chair lift, a rope tow, and a T-Bar. There are recreational facilities for children, Lake Pinneo with beach, bathhouse, watersports, and playground facilities, outdoor skating facilities, and supervised programs. Additionally, there are playing fields, extensive woodlands, deer yards, and some great freshwater fishing holes, all-encompassing approximately 1,500 acres of Vermont’s most beautiful and natural land. Renters gain access to the Quechee Club, sports center, courts, indoor pool, restaurants, fitness center, (seasonally) the golf course, lake Pinneo, ski hill.
