The space The home's quality is special even among its extraordinary peers in the Rockport Historic District. The new kitchen features a Wolf professional gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher/washer/dryer, and Nespresso machine. The first floor has excellent flow and includes a living room, formal dining room, cozy library/den and office area. The wrap around porch has several seating areas, a large outdoor dining table and an enclosed section perfect for cool days. Guest access The Page House is ideally located at the center of Rockport's historic village. Beauchamp Point including its trails and ocean access literally begins at your doorstep. Rockport's restaurants, parks, and harbor beach are a few paces away. Other things to note The home does not have an extensive yard, but there are numerous public trails, parks and beaches all within a short walk. The home does not have AC, but has excellent cross ventilation and fans.
