The property includes a pond, fire pit, fruit trees with peace and quite away from the city. You may see the occasional deer in the pasture with your morning cup of coffee/tea. There are a couple low head height conditions at the stairs and the kitchen. Friends that are 6'-2" will have an occasional duck moment.
