The space It is a farm of just under 3000m2, in which there is a small, peasant-style and eminently family-style house., which has a main bedroom with a double bed, a secondary one with two double beds and one single (stateroom), and a third independent, with double bed and integrated sanitary service, which has separate access, in the back. The house also has its full kitchen, bathroom, front terrace and wide corridors. A few meters away is the pool of approximately 17m2, and a ranch equipped with its barbecue. The rest of the property is made up of fruit trees, hammocks, ornamental trees and, in general, a beautiful green area. Guest access The property is accessed from a paved public street, so any type of vehicle has easy access. It has a lot of green fields, where you can park your vehicles. There are no steps to access the house. Other things to note The back room, being small and independent, does not have air conditioning but fan.
