We may have other campers using another campsite on the property, we a off leash pet friendly and family friendly. Please note that during the week, you will most likely have the entire grounds to yourself or shared with only one other group which may or may not have children and pets. On summer weekends, expect to share the 5 acre grounds several groups, on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) guests will experience a more social festive atmosphere. Please do not book during the summer if off leash pets or children bother you. Please do not knock on neighbor's doors looking for check in, let yourself in and make yourself at home. The property is next to an airfield so it is urban bright at night, by no means pitch dark. We are in the wild west and guns are common in our neighborhood, people target shoot and shoot predators attacking livestock including unsupervised wandering dogs, however there are no guns on the property listed. Due to livestock and coyotes watch dogs carefully when off leash. If you have an unaltered male dog he may find my spayed female Coonhound irresistible, please keep intact male dogs on a leash or supervised with an e-collar so they don't follow her to my house. Dogs that do not have recall or are prone to wander will be asked to stay on a leash. We offer pony rides, farm tours, nature hikes, guitar camp fire sing along, propane fire pit during burn bans, and s'mores kits, our farm raised ground beef, farm fresh eggs, and hotdog or hamburger kits and Inflatable SUP rental to paddleboard Medical Lake 10 minutes away for additional fees. Check out our Airbnb Experiences and book and pay host direct for a guest discount when you stay. Other things to note Please read the listing thoroughly, I do not issue refunds after arrival for anything mentioned in this listings. ***Note county wide burn ban in effect July-September** Please note that during hot summer days it is very hot inside the sleeping units during the day. Two hammocks are provided in the shade trees for daytime naps. Temps plummet after 7:00 p.m. and it's nice and refreshingly cool at night when we have normal daytime highs under 100. During a heat wave with highs over 100 the cabin will not cool off enough to sleep indoors. We recommend camping outside or a hotel during unusually hot weather. In the spring and fall, like camping, the cabin is not insulated and could get chilly at night if it gets below freezing outside. We recommend a hotel during unusually cold and windy weather. We have a very friendly large loud Coonhound name Charlie who is super friendly and submissive to guests and visiting dogs despite her loud bay. Her small companion Cricket has little dog syndrome and does not appreciate dog aggressive dogs or small children picking her up. Quiet time is 10 pm, as the property is shared with other guests and the owners live on site. If you are looking for a late night party or group over 20 contact me for special arrangements for private whole property rental for an extra fee. Since it's on a farm in a pasture, it is not white glove sparking clean due to the location and age of the trailer.
