Here for business or pleasure, the home was designed for authentic relaxation and rejuvenation! Short or long term, Bucknell/SU/PSU/LLWS/Arts Fest/ChridstKindl and other Lewisburg/Selinsgrove/Mifflinburg/Milton weekends, weddings, family hosting, & the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail are just a few reasons guests visit The Countrypolitan all year long. The space The Countrypolitan was completely remodeled in 2019. Our decor and furniture choices are meant to create your oasis of serenity in a cozy and comfy atmosphere. The Countrypolitan offers all the space you really need in a great residential neighborhood that is quiet yet always very welcoming. The main floor of the house is just 4 steps off ground level including the main living room with SMART TV, dining room, kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, single bedroom, and full bath with tub/shower. The screened in porch is off the kitchen. The below ground level includes the king bedroom with ensuite full bath (shower/double sinks/toilet), 2nd living space with SMART TV and pull out couch, and separate space with the washer/dryer. There is a separate outside entrance to the below ground level or it can be accessed via a set of steps with handrail accessible via the kitchen. We provide at least 1 bath towel and wash cloth for every registered guest plus hand towels for each bathroom. We provide basic supplies to get you started such as a roll of toilet paper for every bathroom, trash bag, dishwasher pod, hand soap at all sinks, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. We have a 0% tolerance pet policy not because we do not love animals but because we want to respect all future guests who may have pet allergies. Guest access Entire house, screened-in back porch, and yard. Detached garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Less than 1 city block to the Bucknell Golf Course! We love The Countrypolitan's neighborhood and see you as an extension of us while here. As such, we have a 0 tolerance policy for parties, smoking, illegal drug use, and consuming alcoholic beverages under 21 years of age on the property. Quiet hours in our neighborhood are from 10pm - 8am. Any persons visiting during the day and not included on the AirBnB reservation must be pre-approved by the host. All individuals staying at the house overnight must be accounted for in the reservation. We certainly understand you may have visiting guests during the daytime but require notification who will be in the house.
