Located 3 miles from CVG airport, less than 13 miles to any major Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky Hospital; 15 minutes from Perfect North Slopes in Indiana; a convenient tri-state area location. This is a 2nd floor condo accessed from an interior hallway. There are 7 steps from the parking lot to the building entrance door that opens to a landing and 6 more steps to the condo entry door with the keypad for self-check in. You'll walk into a large open space with living room, kitchen with granite peninsula, and balcony. Down the hallway you'll find a bedroom on the right and full bath/shower on the left. At the end of the hallway is the largest bedroom with a walk-in closet, desk/vanity area and full bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed furnished with dressers, hangers, and bedding. Bathrooms are furnished with soaps, shampoo, and towels. Optional amenities available for an additional charge: One-Car Garage with Opener Housekeeping: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly cleaning. Message the host if interested after reserving your dates. Guest access The entire unit is available for you to use. The unit includes 2 parking spots in the parking lot where you can park wherever you like between the marked white lines. Other things to note The unit is only 10-15 minutes from the airport so you will see planes coming and going, but you won't hear them because the windows and patio sliding door are all double paned. You will hear a plane if you are on the balcony deck. I live up the street so am available if anything is needed. Just give me a call. Otherwise, you have the unit to yourself.
