A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat with a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch and fold-out couch! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. Adults, kids love it! You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so there is a working toilet, hot shower, and a kitchen aboard. Enjoy! The space While you can’t take this boat out on the water, you can enjoy it in a beautiful, quiet, park-like setting in the canal with glimpses of the lake from up top. Nearby are pretty walking neighborhoods. If you want to trailer jet skis, just ask us if the boat space in front of our boat is available that week to tie off. Guest access You will be on a lovely double lot. Previously owned by a park manager and minister, it is peaceful and green and near beautiful downtown New Baltimore and all its amenities. Often there will be guests and their boats in the driveway. We are often in the bonfire area and on the extra lot. Please enjoy the boat and the short walk to it. Other things to note There will often be 2 to 3 bass boats in the long driveway so be sure not to block them in. We are often on site taking care of the yard or tending to our other boat.
