A kitchen with its kitchenette amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, plates, stove oven, coffee maker, etc. for productive cooking and delicious meals with family and friends. Lastly, a cozy dining room and a private patio to enjoy friendly gatherings both inside and outside the house. Love the outdoors? No problem! You are surrounded by nature, lots of parks and known places (Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Lamoine State Park, San Pablo Lytton Casino, Graton Resort and Casino) for you to visit. Hungry? Feel free to open the gate to park any 4x4 vehicles inside. Please keep gate closed at all times and do not disturb the main house guests. Guest access All areas in the description are available to guests. Other things to note Please use the smoking canisters, while outside and dispose of the trash in the proper trash bins. Please do not leave food debris behind, clean as you go, as best as possible. Any large amounts of food left on floors and walls could cause an extra cleaning fee.
