And if you’re staying in but don’t feel like cooking, the front desk can organize your dinner with a local chef. Additionally, we have rental boards for surfing and boogie boarding available. The owner speaks French, English, and Spanish. Other things to note Please read the house rules at the bottom of the page before booking! We recommend that guests pull out USD or NIO before their arrival, as ATMs are not accessible in the immediate area. Power outages are frequent in Nicaragua. We have a generator in case we loose power for too long. The A/C is not working with the generator. Our WiFi, provided by Rancho Santana, is the best in the area, allowing you to work online, have conference calls, and download photos and videos. Occasional issues may occur, but it is not frequent.
