Built for cloudy comfort and streamlined efficiency this space has all the essentials to ensure you feel first class comfort during your stay in the Metro East. Only 3min to the brand new Memorial Hospital & 7min to St E's Hospital. The Scott Air Force Base front gate is a 6 min car ride. An easy 20min drive to Busch Stadium in downtown STL. Fast WiFi & Netflix on TV for streaming! The space The space is a 1 bed / 1 bath unit in a 4-plex building. Another AirBnB is next door and another in the second floor unit above. There is one bedroom with a Queen bed, closet, and chair. The kitchen is full-sized with all appliances and a coffee bar. There is even a full-size washer/dryer available. The living room has a 55" Roku Smart TV with Netflix available, a desk/chair for work or study, and a couch that pulls out into a Full size bed. Guest access There is enough parking for 2 cars per booking. A Circle K gas station is right across the street, but most errands and things will require a vehicle to access. Other things to note 4 guests is the MAX we can hold in The Jetsetter! The sofa bed and the Queen bed are the only sleeping locations, so 2 adults/2 kids is the most this space can hold. Due to the apartment setting, we observe silent quiet hours from 9pm-9am and low volumes at other times.
