Bring the whole family up to this oasis in Penn Valley. This brand new house is situated just 15 minutes from the Yuba River, 12 minutes to Grass Valley and 15 minutes to Nevada City. During snowboarding / ski season, its 55 minutes from the nearest resort (Sugarbowl) The space You get the entire 2000 sq ft home to enjoy! Sleeps a total of 6 people. This home is 10 minutes from Grass Valley and 14 minutes to Nevada City. The space This is a brand new house (built 2020) with everything new. The full kitchen contains every cooking utensil you can think of with an induction stove, 2 ovens and a large microwave. There's also a wine cooler and spaces for additional wine in the bar area. There is a huge back yard with a pergola with curtains on all sides and a pull shade on the ceiling for those warm days. The pergola has a dining area that seats 6 for evening meals and a seating area and table for evening drinks. There's also a huge new BBQ for the grilling fans. Alexa is in the house with a powerful WiFi system and all manner of TV channels, HULU, Amazon, Netflix , HBO, etc. The TV is 75". You’ll also have access to brand-new high-efficiency laundry on site. There is also a work desk in one of the bedrooms with HDMI cable to a large screen for those who need to work. It's important that my guests have a really enjoyable time and I welcome any input. Pets The house is pet friendly and the dogs will enjoy the huge back yard as well as a dog park 3 minutes walk away. Guest access The neighborhood is close to the Yuba river. (12 mins) and sits at the end of a cul de sac that has ample parking. The driveway can house 3 cars easily and much more parking in the cul de sac. NOTE: Please drive extremely slow entering the cul de sac as kids are at play..
