We welcome you to your stay in Room 9...a second floor, queen room with private bathroom. We are located in beautiful Amherst, Virginia with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy access to a large comfortable common room, front porch or gazebo to relax and unwind. Enjoy the serenity of 15 acres off the beaten path but close to everything! Ten minutes from Route 29. Convenient to downtown Lynchburg, Liberty University, Sweet Briar College, the Nelson 151 Wine Trail and more. The space We host 8 guest rooms which share a large comfortable common room to relax and unwind. You will also share access to a kitchenette/coffee area and may use our laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access Our guest rooms are accessed through a separate entrance. Your key will be in your room when you arrive-no in-person check in is required. During your stay We live in the guest house in private quarters. We are available for any questions or concerns during your stay. We always allow our guests to decide how much interaction they desire! Other things to note Please note that we do not have good WIFI out here. We use our phones as hotspots to get service.
