Sitting room has a queen size sofa bed. Sitting room also offers a privacy curtain..ceiling fan and blackout curtains. Bathroom includes a shower..toilet..sink and washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked to include all pots and pans..silverware..glasses and dishware..also includes coffee..tea..sugar..flour..salt and pepper. Some cocktail utensils available. Living room includes tv..ceiling fan..French doors to deck..couch and chairs. Outside includes deck which has views of the pond..1 mile of hiking trails clearly marked boundaries with red tape. Other things to note Nearby is the Honeoye Fish and Game club which offers skeet and trap shooting every Sunday morning at 10am and is open to the public..Also offered are Fish Fries every Friday nite starting at 5:00. Snowmobiling is not allowed on our property but Hill and Valley Riders offer groomed trails approximately 500 yards south from the cabin. Fishing is allowed in our pond..catch and release only..barbless 🪝.. Fishing,canoeing,kayaking and boating are allowed on all nearby Finger Lakes. (9.9 motor for smaller lakes). The cabin would be the perfect stay to view the Eclipse on April 8th!!
