Great farm house close to Bull Shoals Lake, just outside of Lead Hill AR. Come enjoy the peace and quite only the country can give you. Fish, golf or just explore the Ozarks. Horses, Cows, Dogs, Game hens, barn cats & wildlife sometimes roam the the property. You may not see all of them. It's all just a few minutes to the shores of Bull Shoals, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Harbor Marina. Less than 40 minutes to Branson, MO. There is plenty of room to bring your boat with you and park on the property. The space Fifty five acres to roam. There are woods and pastures to explore, along with couple small seasonal creeks and ponds. The home is open and full of natural light. We have horses, cows, game hens and barn cats on the property so we only allow animals (no cats allowed) with prior approval and agreement to pay the fees and follow the rules to keep our horses, cows, barn cats and game hens safe, and your dog. Guest access The driveway is a bit hard to find. Easier access is by coming from Lead Hill. Most map apps don't know where it is, so be sure to follow the directions I'll send you. There is a seasonal creek to cross, my daughters mini van makes it fine. It is a dirt drive subject to different conditions. There is plenty of parking, but please don't drive past the house, on the grass. Other things to note The property is on well water. There is a whole house filtration system installed and reverse osmosis for drinking water. Best drinking water ever.
