There are also two bar areas, one with four stools and the other with three. Both are perfect for eating or working on your laptop. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8 and a lovely side buffet complete with a wine decanter, glass ice bucket, and serving platters. The cost depends on the outside temperature and the time of the year. The spa is heated to 102 degrees complimentary. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if you are interested. There is no city bed tax on rentals of 30 nights or longer. The City of Indian Wells requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. Please note: all legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Indian Wells follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Indian Wells property is worth the extra effort.
