You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. The space The house is 1200 sq ft with a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor so it doesn't require stairs. A Welcome Book is waiting for you when you arrive to assist you with the details of the house and suggestions for the Oxford and Lake Orion area. The peaceful surroundings are visited by numerous birds, swans and surprising hot air balloons in the summer and fall months. Boaters and fisherman will enjoy "Clear Lake" and all of the lakes that connect to it. Enjoy peaceful and quiet walks around the lake. Guest access Guests will have access to a grill, full kitchen, use of washer and dryer, dock, patio, fire pit, kayaks, and life jackets. Coffee, tea, and breakfast bars are provided. Other things to note Please note our water is well water. We have several filters and an additional water filter pitcher in the fridge for your drinking convenience.
