Your room is the Master bedroom, facing the front of the house. It has a comfy new Queen size memory foam mattress, blinds, blackout drapes, a silent ceiling fan, nightstand table, reading light and reading chair. There is some noise from the street as Hayne Avenue has traffic. The house has central AC and heat, a washer/dryer, SmartTV with Chromecast and Roku for streaming, and network TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, French press, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and smooth-top glass range. You will have space in the fridge and pantry if you'd like. Guest access Lots of free parking behind the house. If needed, I can give you access to store your bike, kayak, or other equipment in the locked shed. During your stay I will welcome you and be available for questions as much or as little as you feel up to. I respect my guests' privacy and social preferences. Other things to note The house and property are both completely non-smoking. I ask that if you are a smoker, you don't book this home.
