Built in 1902 updated in 2021 The vibe of the midcentury-modern eclectic look of the beauty salon & spa on the ground floor is continued upstairs in The Loft. You enter into The Loft by a common entrance with the salon. It is an upscale rental with a affordable price, no pets allowed. The space Not wheelchair accessible. Historic Sandstone building the town of Hot Springs is known for. You must climb 2 flights of stairs to enter this loft. Salon & Spa operates Tuesday-Saturday downstairs. The space is large and cozy. Just the place to come stretch out and unwind. All beds have 2 layers of waterproof protection so you know you are sleeping in a clean bed/mattress. There is a kurig for your morning coffee. You will get 2 pods when you check in. (Also a regular coffee pot but bring your own coffee grounds) We have a large variety of dvd’s for your viewing pleasure and an Alexa for the tv to watch streaming tv. The couches are deep and cozy for relaxing & being lazy in front of the tv and the white chairs are also extremely comfy and recline. The vibe is clean midcentury modern eclectic, non cluttered cozy. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & a desk for a work space. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & a twin trundle bed. There is a full sized “Murphy bed “ in the main living room. Guest access Walk through the main entrance of the salon to gain access to The Loft. Once upstairs the entire floor will be your space. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and large studio living space with combined kitchen. Free street parking. Walking distance to the "Main Street" of Hot Springs' shops, Moccasin Springs, Evans Plunge, the Centennial Park is across the street, the river walk (freedom trail) is as well which is also where the magic of Kidney Springs water is piped out for your drinking pleasure Other things to note You will be going through the downstairs salon to gain access to the apartment. ONLY the salon has security cameras inside and at the entrances of the building. There are NO cameras inside The Loft. Have a bridal party... perfect place for you and your bridal squad! We can accommodate wedding party downstairs in the salon & spa for hair, nails & makeup. We can help you book all your services from hair, nails, facials, waxing & massage too! If you have somewhat of a smaller group for rehearsal dinner too in The Loft!
