The space Our cabin is in a rural setting at the end of a 2-mile gravel road on Lake Eufaula. We are approximately 15 minutes outside of McAlester. Looking to relax? Our screened-in porch is the perfect location to enjoy the lakeview or watch the deer strolling by. Wanting to get outside? You're welcome to enjoy a game of horse shoes or build a fire in the firepit! If you're looking for more of an adventure, book Dodd's Guide Service (918.424.7408) for fishing, he will pick you up at the bank. Additionally, we are minutes away from James Collins Wildlife Management Area which offers 21,000 acres of public hunting. Not wanting to cook during your getaway? We are minutes away from Krebs, Oklahoma, home of Oklahoma's Little Italy where you can enjoy authentic Italian restaurants and grocery shopping. Needing a night in? A TV and DVD player is available for use, but guests will need to provide their own movies, there is no cable. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials to cook except for food, of course! The water supply is provided by a well, and at times, can have a sulfur or chlorine smell, especially the hot water. We ask that all guests provide their own drinking water. Please note, cell phone coverage can be limited at times, and WIFI is not available.
