Park your car in your reserved space in the secured parking garage and walk to everything you could need or want for the perfect beach vacation! Located only a short stroll or bike ride to Oceanside Harbor and Oceanside Pier and just 42 steps to the beach! This family-friendly single level condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps six comfortably. The space Enjoy stunning ocean views from the living room, balcony and primary bedroom. This upper level "cottage-style" condo has been recently updated with luxury vinyl flooring in main living areas and bathrooms and with a remodeled shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked for feasting as a family! The A building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecue and laundry facilities. The main pool and amenities are also accessible for all guests. North Coast Village offers 24-hour guarded, gated security, two resort-style heated pools, a rec room, a large gym with locker rooms and saunas, and a clubhouse facility. The NCV grounds are a tropical paradise with lush gardens, koi pond, and water features throughout. We want you to feel right at home and to leave your worries at the door. This is a family-friendly cottage with incredible views and unbeatable beach access just outside your door. We include with the rental boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, beach towels and two beach cruisers (locked in the downstairs bike area in the parking garage) for your use. Additional items/supplies are available on request so please don't hesitate to ask! ***ATTN former guests of the Jaybird: I am excited to resume personal management of the Jaybird again in August of 2024! I've made some updates to the space (see pictures) with new floors and shower/tub remodels that I know you will love. Other things to note Please note there are NO PETS ALLOWED at North Coast Village per the HOA rules/regulations. Also note this is a second story condo with no one above you but with neighbors below and to one side of you. We ask that you treat this home as you would your own and respect the rules of the city of Oceanside and of North Coast Village so we can continue to offer short-term stays to guests. There is a staircase to get to the condo (see picture) as well as a couple of stairs to/from parking garage and to/from the laundry room/pool/BBQ area. Please also note there is a public restroom on the beach in front of the condo. There are pictures in the listing that show the view from the balcony with the public restroom in them. This unit is located directly on The Strand. During holidays and in the summer months there can be noise from people and vehicles passing by the condo. If this is an issue for you, please do not book this unit. North Coast Village has other units that may be better for you. Thank you!
