Extremely clean, quiet & secure. 2 areas to sleep, 1 in the loft (low ceiling though so you have to bend over if tall) (double bed) & one on a queen size bed downstairs. There is a wonderful view with privacy security. Close to freeways and great restaurants. 20 minutes from Mission Valley and Qualcomm Stadium. There is a HD TV that you can watch Disney or Amazon Videos on. Also GoogleTV. Large shower for after your morning jog! The house is very clean and newly constructed. There is a separate patio area with a bbq for your use. Charcoal not included. Guest access You will have access to the pool in warm months and enjoy the 1.25 acre yard and view. If you are in a wheelchair it is NOT ada but will work. Ask before you book to see if it will work for you please. Other things to note This is a quiet place There is a place to do laundry about 2 miles away. It is fully gated.
