Inside, you'll find 4 upstairs bedrooms, a main-floor office, and plenty of living space. This house is dog friendly, with a HUGE fenced backyard for your dogs to explore. It's the perfect house for those looking to move to the area or enjoy beautiful Colorado. Bed Configuration (all upstairs): Main Bedroom: King Bed (Upper Level) 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Upper Level) 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Upper Level) 4th Bedroom: Queen Bed (Upper Level) Enjoy the amazing Colorado sunrises from the spacious 6-person hot tub on the back patio. Dogs will have open access to the backyard via a pet door in the basement (ramp up to a dog door on the side of the house). The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $150. The house has a large, 3-car garage and an unfinished basement with a ping pong and pool table. This property is a 30 minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Starter Supplies - Upon arrival, the home will have a starter set of supplies for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and liquid hand soap in the kitchen.
