The place is very peaceful and secure enviroment. There is CCTV camera available. There is a security guard and a security dog. The estate also has its own security. There is an inverter and a generator available as well. The compound is spacious with a balcony and some grass area. The estate is safe and convenient to take night walks/run. It is a 25minutes drive from to central area, 20 minutes to wuse 2, 15mins to maitama. Other things to note There is usually power in the estate but in the event power is out 20L of fuel for the generator will be provided per week. User will have to provide funds for additional fuel if they require the generator thereafter.
