Guest access Access the entire property seamlessly with a provided pre-arrival code, thanks to our convenient keyless entry system. For your convenience and safety from November to February, 4X4 or chains are mandatory to access the property. You'll be mere minutes away from various attractions: Just an 8-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village A quick 3-minute trip to the nearest grocery store A mere minute away from the nearest gas station Other things to note ** NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY BOOKINGS** -You will receive a request 48 hours before check-in to provide the vehicle model and specify whether it's a 4x4 or regular. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles only. Please note that chains are compulsory for accessing the property. There is no street access available, as this could result in towing and a $300 ticket. Kindly be aware that the neighbors WILL call for towing if any vehicle is parked on the street. -The lodge features multiple flights of stairs; please consider this when making your reservation. -Permitted pet policy: One large dog or a maximum of two small dogs. -The check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $250 fee, as we require time to prepare the house for our next guest. -The maximum overnight occupancy is 8 people. Please be considerate of our residential neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. -Guests will be held responsible for any Parking fines imposed due to violations of county regulations. -Kindly ensure all trash is securely bagged and left inside the house, in the Laundry area. -Please note that our security system includes surveillance cameras on the property. -Thank you in advance, and we are excited to welcome you to our exquisite property! -Wildlife is abundant in the area.
