A duplex with the AirBnB and owner’s space separated by a breezeway. You will stay in a fully private two-story structure with 3 sunny bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen w/ island, comfy living room & huge deck. Full size washer & dryer, grill, kayaks, dock, and wifi. The property manager lives nearby. One mile from the local Swanlake store. The space The property is situated on a point jutting out into the lake, with water on three sides. One side of the property is adjacent to a cove that is perfect for swimming. This side also has a long gravel "beach" area. The upstairs has AC. We provide puzzles, board games, and books. We have a Roku TV in the living room where you can stream from your favorite service such as Netflixs, Amazon Prime or youtube tv. We do not have traditional cable service. We also have a DVD player and lots of movies. Guest access The structure is essentially a duplex that consists of the main 3-bedroom house plus an addition, which is separated by a breezeway. The addition contains the owner’s area. The AirBnB portion is fully self-contained and privately separated from the owner’s area. Other things to note We have been renovating and re-decorating this property. All appliances, beds, pillows, linen and most furniture was replaced in 2021. More improvements, decorations and amenities were added this year including air conditioning for the upstairs areas.
