The space Be the first guest to stay in this freshly remodeled solid 1970 semi-detached multi-family home with all new furniture, beds, and accessories. you get: the 1st and 2nd floors having identical layouts. The only difference would be that the 2nd fl bedrooms do not have trundles...On each floor: 3 bedrooms (bedroom #1-master with king bed with a queen trundle and private bathroom, bedroom #2-queen bed and a full trundle, bedroom #3- full bed with twin trundle). For extra sleeping space we have a cozy queen size sofabed in each living room. Private entrance, 2 car parking, hallway full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchens, modular dining rooms, and very spacious living rooms. Guest access Convenient location is an understatement! Nestled just 1,500ft from Hillside Ave for restaurants, shops, buses, and F line 179 street subway station. Being the 1st stop on the F line, enjoy a "seated" 30 min train ride to midtown. Even more fitting if you are driving as the Grand Central Parkway is 3 blocks away: Drive 17 min to JFK, 10 min to LGA, 10 min to CitiField, 21 min to midtown. Forget about wasting valuable time looking for parking, we have two spots awaiting you. Other things to note Side and backyard are inaccessible. Parking spots: Please park on left hand side of driveway leaving enough room for us to access driveway on your right. Also be sure to not block pedestrian sidewalk. If arriving with 2nd car, please park behind your other car on the street, parallel with other cars on street, not the sidewalk.
