Located on a spacious 3 acre rural property, yet only one mile to downtown Burnsville (45 minutes to Asheville), this tiny home has everything you need as a base camp for your next adventure. Convenient to numerous nature activities for outdoor enthusiasts as well as many local shops and dining options. The covered front porch provides a great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the deer graze by. The space Though this tiny home has 400 sq. feet of living space (plus additional space in the loft), the open plan and large windows add depth and comfort to this small and very functional and clean space. Home layout includes: covered front porch (with outdoor table and two rocking chairs), living room (with loveseat, workspace, and large-screen TV), full kitchen and stacked laundry, bathroom (with a full size shower/tub combo), bedroom (Q bed, TV, and closets/ dresser space), and a sleeping loft (Q mattress and S mattress; open to the living room below and with a quite low ceiling). Best for singles, couples, and small families. Note: There is limited space to move around the bed in the bedroom, though the raised ceiling and windows in that space help it feel open. The ceiling height in the shower is lower than other parts of the house (about 6.75 feet). A certain level of "steadiness" is needed if using the loft space, as it has relatively steep steps (it does have a handrail for support). Though quite functional and comfortable, this is a tiny home. :) Guest access There is a flat, private gravel driveway for parking and the house sits next to the road for ease of coming and going in all weather conditions. There are not sidewalks outside of town limits, so even though this home is close to all that Burnsville and the surrounding area have to offer, driving to attractions and establishments is necessary. Other things to note If children are using the loft, adult supervision is required to maintain safety.
