Bring your whole family or large group to this 5000m2 enclosed beach-front property which is located in Puerto Cayo, a small and calm fishing town with a great beach. The 165m2 house can host up to 9 adults in 4 bedrooms comfortably. Nearby Puerto Cayo you can visit the dreamy Frailes beach, the sulfur baths of Aguas Blancas and Galapagos-like Isla de la Plata. Its also a great place to see the humpback whales from June to August. Algo we rent for events such as birthdays and weddings. The space 5000m2 of the property 7000m2 are enclosed with a bamboo fence. Inside the lot you have a fire-pit, gardens, vegetable and fruit patches and parking spaces. The house is 130 m2 with a 35m2 sea-facing porch. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, wardrobe, small desk and TV. There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, wardrobe and all of them have a small desk, two with monitors. The other bedroom has a bunk-bed with the bottom bunk being a queen size bed and the top bunk is full size. These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms that are outside the room. The living space features an open kitchen concept with two dining tables that can be separated to fit 8. There is also a living room with 65" TV with Netflix, Disney+ and more. There are 3 bamboo sofas to relax while watching TV with comfortable pillows and blankets. The kitchen features various different appliances, a large french door fridge and a 2 in 1 washing and drying machine. The porch has two grills, one for smaller BBQs and another for larger BBQs . It also has 4 bamboos sofas for relaxing outside. It also has a dining space for 4 people. There is also another collapsible table which can be set up for outdoor dining. There are 3 hammocks which can be set up in the pergola. Guest access We have 8 safe parking spots inside the lot. The surrounding properties are private homes or hotels. Within a 7 minute walk you can reach the Puerto Cayo town square with various convenience stores, fruit/vegetable stores, and a meat butcher. The pharmacy is slightly further that the town square. There are also various different beach front food shacks to choose from. We recommend grocery shopping to be done in Jipijapa which is a bigger town 23 minutes away. Los Frailes beach, Ecuador's most beautiful beach is only a 27 minute drive. Isla de la Plata, often called Poor mans Galapagos, can be visited by hiring bout tours in Puerto Lopez, which is a 40 minute drive from the property Comuna de Agua Blanca is an ancient community that dates back to the Manteña Culture. Here you can see the ancient ruins, the museum and sulfur baths from the volcanic activity nearby. Other things to note For events for an additional fee we can provide: dishes, wine glasses, glasses, napkins, tablecloths, napkins rings for 36 people We can arrange food catering which can be delivered to the house if you're not feeling like cooking. For longer stays, cleaning can also be arranged.
