You are steps away from the shoreline of Cedar Creek Lake where you can fish on the bank or enjoy the sunrise and sunset! Get cozy in front of the GORGEOUS STONE WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE and the stress will melt away. There are plenty of sleeping spaces with (2) two queen beds, a triple bunkbed, and two sofa beds. There is WIFI for streaming and numerous DVD's to enjoy. The space There is a large bedroom, which is huge, and is awesome for families that bring portable cribs etc. It has a desk, plenty of drawers, closet space, and is across the hall from the main bathroom. There is walker for handicapped and a baby gate in the walk-in closet for your use if needed. The master bedroom has an attached 1/2 bathroom and a large closet with a chest of drawers. There is a set of golf clubs and a croquet set to enjoy in the closet for your use. The bunkroom is near the den and is awesome for the kiddos with (3) twin beds and storage space and is on the other end of the house. The den has a full sofa bed and the living room (connected to Den) has a queen sofa bed. Some parents may choose the Den and living room sleeping area, which is close to the kid’s bunk room. All sleeping areas have smart televisions except the bunkroom TV, which has a built-in DVD player. A firestick could be used with this TV if you choose to bring one. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, crockpot, Instant Pot, Rice Maker, blender, coffee maker and Keurig. Guest access Self check-in with Smart Lock, and you will be given a code before check-in. There is plenty of parking in the driveway under the carport. Other things to note *****For insurance purposes, extra guests and pets must be approved*****This house is monitored for loud noise, as this is a residential neighborhood. There are golf clubs and a croquet set in the Master Bedroom closet for your use. There is an adult bicycle and a couple of kids bikes in the garage. You must sign a waiver and sign it and text to me before using them. I have outdoor cameras for security purposes in front of home on both sides of front door to view front door, driveway, and street and in back yard viewing back yard toward back gate and side toward lake for security only. I do not have any cameras inside with guests.
