The Hay Loft is an apartment above the main office/workshop of Rivervail Farm. The Hayloft is unique as it sits on a working Bison & Elk Farm! As guests you are permitted to walk the farm roads & trails. It is an open concept living space, with a pool table, checkers/chess table, two bedrooms, kitchen & bath. We often accommodate hunters, fisherman, snowmobilers and all types of outdoor enthusiasts. We are directly on NH Snowmobile Trail #18. Plenty of parking for your trucks and trailers. The space The Hayloft has its own private entrance and a second floor deck. It sleeps six people: with a queen bedroom, two twins in another bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room. The Hayloft has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Guest access You will have a private entrance to the apartment with ample parking for trailers, boats and your vehicles.
