Just steps away at the Cruce de Villareal, is the taxi stop for easy access to Tamarindo Beach. Located within walking distance are a variety of eateries, a fruit market, and grocery stores. We are located with easy access to a local sloth sanctuary, turtle nesting tours, zip-lining, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailboat excursions, fishing and so much more! Guest access We have a secured gate at the front, simply ring the bell for your check-in. We ask that you notify us in advance of your estimated check-in time, so we can give you a brief tour. Drive very slowly(instruct taxis as well) because we have dogs and animals on the property. Please park at the front just inside the gate. Please do not go up road. Guest parking is in front of first house. Once you have registered yourself & your guest(2 guests maximum) then we will provide you with a temporary 4-digit entry gate code, gate exit code, and an electronic code for your room. Other things to note Pool hours are 6am-10pm. We ask for no loud noises from 10pm-10am to be respectful of other guests. DRIVE SLOWLY! Watch for animals! We have 2 dogs, several cats, iguanas, and more wildlife on the property, so drive very, very slowly when on-site. You will receive a written & verbal reprimand if caught speeding on the property, and we will be devastated if you injure or harm any on-site animals. We ask to please inform us via airbnb or whats app if you are to bring any unregistered visitors on the property. We only allow 1 visitor per registered guest on the property(including the pool) and no visitors past 9pm. Our security measures includes having an identification of all visitors and guests on-site. Please wear shoes at all times when on the property, as we have wild snakes and a variety of wildlife on the property. Please watch your step and use a flashlight at night on the property. Please do not touch any wild animals or insects, as they may be poisonous. We are not liable for any injuries sustained from wildlife. Please do not feed monkeys, you are welcome to feed our local iguanas any fruit scraps.
