The space When you enter this lower level space in a residential home, you will be able to self check-in via a separate, safe and well-lit entrance accessible by electronic keypad. The code will be provided before your check-in time. It is well appointed and looks and feels very pleasing and comfortable. The bedroom has a mini-split A/C heat pump for year-round comfort. There are four rooms in this space: a very large bedroom with king size bed, large wall mounted TV, a large bathroom with custom shower and rain head, his and hers sinks, a small well-appointed kitchen with granite island, full size fridge and cook stove, dish washer, microwave with bar stools, and an entry room with a cozy living area/reading nook with loveseat and matching upholstered chair and an area for hanging your clothes and storage for your ski equipment. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and small appliances (rice cooker, crock pot, and toaster, Keurig machine and kettle), microwave and full size stove and fridge. Note that you may experience some overhead sound. Guest access This space is entirely private. Guests have shared access to the front and back yard.
