Or, before going over the bridge stop to the resort stop by many of the shops on the route for your desired items! The space The Suite is warm and welcoming and has access to all the property amenities including: 24/7 Front desk and security; Beachfront pool and spa; Laundry facility (keycard access - coin operated) located on the 6th floor; Fitness Center - please check COVID-19 Policy when checked in; On-site restaurant is open and serving from 11AM to 8 PM. Parking for 1 carper unit at hotel - front desk will issue parking placard on arrival for duration of stay. Within the Suite: 1 King bed in the bedroom; Living room with sofa-bed; Lanai seating with the Pool and Gulf of Mexico View; Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Optional housekeeping service: $35/day (full) or $15/day (trash and towels). All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. NOTE: This unit is located in an Apart-hotel/ Resort and are managed by the property. The Resort is reopening on April 14th, 2023 for guests. Once the booking is confirmed, the host will issue the suite # and the resort confirmation #. When checking in at the main lobby front desk, the guest will advise resort staff of their confirmation #. You will then be checked in and issued your parking placard and room keycard along with any additional info of the resort community. The building requires a security damage deposit of $100/unit/stay. It is fully refunded at check out if no damages are reported. The property's parking is free for 1 car. Parking is limited. This unit is located in the all-suite property and managed by the property. Guest access Along with your suite access, you have access to the beach, pool, hot tubs, restaurant when opened at 11AM to 8PM, for Lounge - check hours, lobby area on the main floor. Other things to note You will check in on October 6th at 4 PM at the Main Lobby with the reservation # and your suite # that will be issued by the host once the dates are booked. Check out is at 11 AM on October 13th. There is a $25 per day resort fee plus tax which includes parking for one vehicle, pool towels, local & toll free calls, Fitness Center access (if opened at the time of check in), daily in room coffee & tea packets. As of this writing the resort fee is WAIVED.
