The terrace of 30 m2 is the asset of this house, large and equipped and facing south without vis-à-vis. The land is 70 m2 in total. A shed is attached to the house, we store garden equipment, DIY and our 3 adult bicycles that we leave at your disposal, as well as a gas plancha. Everything is new, we renovated the house in 2021. the residence is equipped with a heated communal pool from June to September (dates vary depending on the weather). the pool is located 50 meters from the house.
