The space This 3 bedroom is a perfect home for relaxing and enjoying all of Fairport Village. Located just a few blocks from the canal where you can rent kayaks and check out local restaurants and breweries. There is a grill, fire pit, and a hammock swing in the backyard for your use. We are only two blocks away from Potter Park. Being a century home, the temperature is controlled on the owners unit. The central heating and cooling is kept at 70 degrees unless you prefer otherwise. All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor. Access to the full bedroom is through the bathroom. We live on the other side of the house, as it is a true duplex, with our dog. You may hear an occasional bark at the mailman but we try our best to keep quiet. The only shared space is the back deck and yard. Tobacco and cannabis permitted outside. Parking: There is off street parking for 2 cars. Additional free overnight street parking except during winter. Laundry is available in the basement for long term tenants. We are also less than 15 minutes to downtown Rochester and less than 10 minutes to St. John Fisher and Nazareth. Local farmers market every Saturday in the Village.
