Use washer and dryer free of charge. The space The room is located upstairs of a 3 bed 2.5 bath single family house located on a cul-de-sac. It's a nice room with a window looking out at green shrubs, tall trees, and the backyard. Comfortable Queen Bed, desk, and comfortable chair, a chest with 6 drawers, nightstand with touch lamp, a nice closet with hangers & an Iron. Guest access The master bedroom, The third bedroom, closet in the upstairs corridor near bathroom, bathroom in downstairs near the living room, pantry in downstairs and garage are locked and can’t be accessed by the guests. Other things to note Please note the 65'' TV is in the living area and not inside the bedroom. The TV in the room is a 32" TV. Also, the bathroom is private but it’s located outside of the room. The driveway is for parking two cars. Please park accordingly. There is another room in the property that is on Airbnb and could be booked during your stay. If you choose to utilize the outdoor patio furniture, the seat cushions are in the hallway closet. Please bring them inside every time you are finished using the furniture due to potential inclement weather and damage to cushions. Please read the house rules before you book.
