We offer you the chance to connect with the original village way of life: where the inhabitants lived and breathed; worked and played and traded by the sea, is a 2 bedroom house that has not compromised on comfort. It is ideal for couples, a small family or group of friends. We warmly invite you to come and stay in this community and experience the precious, and often overlooked, Nungwi way of life. The space Kiamboni house is well equipped to ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing. This two bedroom, two bathroom house with open plan living area and chill out garden is light and airy. It maximises space and has been purposefully designed to utilise the seasonal cross winds for ventilation with additional AC for hotter days. WiFi is available throughout the property. Please note: Although Kiamboni house is completely private it is located in the middle of the village. Therefore, it is NOT suitable for parties. Sorry! ** The listing price is based on 2 people. Additional guests are charged at $10 per person, per night ** The Kitchen & Dining A well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area with all utensils you need to experiment with the local ingredients. The kitchen features a two ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and blender. Plenty of pots and pans, tableware and cutlery. Oil, salt and pepper and other cooking basics for your use. The dining area is suitable for 4 people. Living Room An extension of the open plan kitchen and dining area, this cosy space has lounge seating for four people with A/C, plus Bluetooth speaker, books and games for your entertainment. Master Bedroom with en suite Features a double bed, A/C, fan, mosquito net, wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, dedicated workspace with desk, chair and several charging points. The en suite bathroom contains a hot water shower plus complimentary Inaya toiletries. Second Bedroom This room can be customised to be a double or twin room. Plus A/C, fan, mosquito net, wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and several charging points. Bathroom The bathroom, adjacent to the second bedroom but accessible from the living area, contains a hot water shower plus complimentary Inaya toiletries. Garden / outdoor chill area The airy yet cosy garden area provides comfortable outside seating surrounded by an array of local plants. Perfect for relaxing in the shade or at night after a long day in the sun. Laundry Please note that there are no laundry facilities inside Kiamboni house but we are able to provide a laundry service at an additional but reasonable charge. Guest access Situated in the middle of the village all nearby attractions and amenities are easily accessible by foot. There is parking space for one car directly outside the house.
