Other things to note Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats. Single stall shower. The Pacific Northwest has seasonal Box Elder bugs. They like the maple trees and are very hard to prevent. They are completely harmless but can be annoying in the outside areas. We have pest control come often and trim the trees where we can. It is just part part of being in nature near the river.
