Close driving distance to public beaches, restaurants and resorts. The space The entire apartment may be opened up onto the veranda which always has a beautiful breeze. The bedroom with king bed also has an ocean view. The space feels like a private home in a tropical oasis. Guest access The property is located on 1.5 acres that is fenced in with a remote control security gate. Private parking and entrance. Poolside access. Laundry area is available 9:00am to 5:00pm Mondays and Thursdays. Other things to note There are two property dogs named Buddy & Bosco and they are very friendly. Also, the houseman Melo is available for transportation services if guests do not rent a car. A list of discounted rates for transfers to grocery stores, restaurants and attractions is available in the villa. Melo uses the owners vehicle or his own to take guests around as some guests prefer not to tackle the island roads.
